Does the wall-hung basin need extra reinforcement inside a concrete wall?
In thick concrete walls we do not usually need extra reinforcement. We use tempered steel anchor bolts sized 10 or larger with heavy metal washers that distribute the load.
How do you connect the waste if the floor trap is directly under the bathroom wall below?
We cut a small opening in the wall at an angle downward and run the waste pipe to the trap with a steady slope. If the trap is very shallow we raise the basin outlet to provide better fall.
