Concealed frame fitting
Steel carrier frame anchored at the specified height inside the wall

Farwaniya
Wall-hung toilet installation in Rai Industrial serves offices and shops needing a reliable fixture that saves space. We anchor the frame robustly, run waste and water from source, and full-pressure test for assured stability.
Rai Industrial buildings are modern concrete structures with strong walls and centralised waste systems collecting from several units. When installing a wall-hung toilet in an office or shop we choose a load-bearing wall facing a shared drainage zone. The frame anchors with four expansion bolts in concrete, and pipe drops 110 mm to existing metal or plastic runs with adequate fall. We test waste by filling the cistern three times consecutively and monitor any drainage sluggishness from other floors.
Rai Industrial Area is in Farwaniya governorate, a modern commercial zone of closely packed industrial and commercial buildings.
We test water pressure on cold and hot lines with a pressure gauge because high pressure reveals micro-leaks at joints.
Steel carrier frame anchored at the specified height inside the wall
Waste pipe set at the correct fall to prevent backflow and odour
Supply line connected with an accessible isolation valve behind the service panel
Flush volume and fill valve pressure adjusted to stop continuous water loss
Bowl hung on frame studs with correct bolts and seat fitted firmly
Full leak check before wall is closed and again after cladding is in place
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Yes, if the main line has adequate diameter and unbroken fall. Each toilet drops through a 110 mm branch to the stack, and we test each alone then together under full flow. For tall buildings we may need a main vent pipe for pressure and air relief.
No regular maintenance needed, but after six months check anchors with a wrench to ensure they have not loosened from building vibration. Tighten gently if slack, but do not over-torque.
