How long does the full epoxy coating process take from start to finish?
Draining and cleaning take a full day, drying requires overnight, coating and inspection take another day. The schedule depends on tank size and severity of existing corrosion.
Can the tank be used straight after the epoxy coat is finished?
At least 48 hours must pass for the epoxy to cure fully before the tank is filled with water. We recommend filling slowly so the new coat settles safely under pressure.
