How often should a villa ground tank be cleaned?
We recommend cleaning every six months if water shows brown colour or off odour. If you notice no signs, once yearly may suffice, but a new tank filled for the first time needs initial cleaning after that first fill.
Do you clean the roof tank at the same time as the ground tank?
We prefer to clean both on the same day so supply stoppage is short. But if the roof tank is new we focus on the ground tank first and defer the roof tank if it is already clean.
