Draining and blasting takes a full day on a standard tank, then we wait 24 hours between each epoxy coat for curing. The total is usually four or five working days.
Can we use the tank before all coats are finished?
No, because water breaks the coating bond before final curing. We test for complete dryness before filling the tank to ensure every layer has fully hardened.
