Isolation valves
Repair or replace main and branch isolation valves that no longer shut fully.

Jahra
Valve repair in Naeem starts with full testing under live pressure to find why closure is incomplete or water visibly drips. We remove the bonnet at the correct angle, extract the ball or disc, brush away sediment with a soft brush and dry rinse, then reassemble with silicone oil.
Modern Naeem villas and homes have reliable brass ball valves but may retain moisture under kitchen sinks or near shower enclosures. Moisture slowly corrodes the seat and ball, and the valve may leak after a few years. We inspect every valve for wear on the brass ball and distortion on the seat ring, and clear white corrosion deposits.
Naeem is a growing residential district in Jahra governorate marked by modern villas and spacious homes with centralised water pipework and filtration.
Naeem valves are tested with full closure then slow opening for a full minute to verify not even a single drip escapes.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Yes, constant moisture gradually corrodes brass components. The valve may leak or become hard to close after a year or two if kept wet. Regular drying and ventilation reduce damage.
If the distortion is shallow it can be re-ground with specialised tools, but if deep, replacing the entire valve is cheaper and safer than attempting repair. We decide after close inspection.
