Can one pump fill both a ground tank and a roof tank together?
No, because the roof is thirty metres higher and the ground tank is below. One pump will take all its strength to lift to the roof and leave the ground tank short. The correct system is a first pump filling the ground tank from the well, then a second pump from ground to roof.
What if the motor gets very hot during operation?
High heat means the motor works over its rating or the filter is blocked. We test pressure and flow first to see if pipes are too narrow or water has sand in it. If the filter is clean and pipes are open, the motor itself may need replacing.
