bathroom count and available pressure assessed before any unit is chosen

Capital
Central heater installation in Mirqab supplies hot water to every bathroom and kitchen from one unit with a closed loop circuit. We choose the plant room location, connect distribution and return pipes, and run vacuum and pressure tests before handover.
Mirqab has medium-rise residential blocks with family flats containing master bathrooms and guest bathrooms spread across levels. A central heater spans moderate distances between floors, so we mount it in a plant room on the first floor and run one riser that branches at each storey. We fit balancing valves on return lines to distribute hot water evenly between flats without losing pressure at upper floors.
Mirqab sits in Kuwait City near the Central Market and Grand Mosque, a mixed residential zone with medium-rise blocks and older commercial streets.
We test balancing valves by measuring temperature and pressure at each flat branch to confirm even distribution before final handover.
bathroom count and available pressure assessed before any unit is chosen
tank secured on brackets rated for full operating weight
supply and return lines run at correct fall to prevent stagnation
gas or electrical feed connected with ventilation confirmed before start-up
expansion valve and drain-off valve fitted as standard safety requirements
every joint checked for leaks under pressure before handover
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us

No, the main unit maintains a set temperature with one thermostat. But each hot tap needs a mixer to adjust the warmth to personal preference.
We adjust the balancing valve for the second floor to reduce cold water flow in the return line, raising the temperature locally. This does not affect other floors as long as overall pressure remains steady.
