Grease pumping
Vacuum pump removes floating grease layer and liquid waste fully

Ahmadi
Grease trap cleaning in Hadiya usually begins with foul odour coming from the outlet or the trap opening in the restaurant yard. We remove the lid, measure the depth of accumulated fat, then use a heavy suction pump to empty it completely. We rinse the internal walls and pipes and clear the outlet from deposits. Flow is tested before leaving.
Larger Hadiya restaurants have thick metal grease traps installed above ground or semi-buried in the kitchen yard. Drainage from multiple kitchen lines slopes into the trap where heavy fat settles at the bottom. Internal pipes quickly fill with a sticky layer of cooked grease, oil and food scraps, blocking the outlet and choking drainage. We use heavy suction lines, flexible rods and hot water to clear every pathway.
Hadiya is part of Ahmadi district where medium-sized restaurants operate near Ahmadi Town commercial centre.
We measure grease layer thickness on trap walls because if it exceeds ten centimetres, the narrow outlet becomes completely blocked.

How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

No, frozen grease is very hard and hand tools can break off inside the trap. We use a powerful suction pump to remove thick deposits safely without damaging the trap walls.
It depends on daily cooking volume. A restaurant using much oil may need clearing after two or three months. If kitchen drainage is fast, it may last six months.
