Site level survey
Ground elevation readings confirm the natural direction water will travel

Farwaniya
Storm-drain design in Khitan Al-Jadida starts with a site survey to establish ground and roof levels. We map pipe runs from high points toward collection pits and size each pipe segment based on the rainfall intensity expected for this area.
New Khitan villas have large flat roofs and limited outdoor space, so most rainwater comes from the roof surface. We measure roof slope and distance to the nearest drainage point, then design a main pipe run with a steady fall of at least three per cent. Where the roof is completely level we propose intermediate collection pits on the roof itself before gathering all water into a single descending line toward street level.
Khitan Al-Jadida is in Farwaniya governorate, a modern villa district where rainwater must drain quickly from roofs before pooling forms.
Each pipe run is tested by spraying water on the roof and watching flow until it reaches the collection pit.
Ground elevation readings confirm the natural direction water will travel
Expected flow volume determines the correct pipe diameter for each run
Gullies are positioned so no low point is left without an outlet
Chambers placed at every direction change to allow future maintenance
Adequate slope prevents sand settlement and keeps flow gravity-driven
Final discharge point set away from foundations, fencing and neighbouring plots
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else's home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the line yourself.
Breaking is the last resort, never the first step.
A blocked line does not wait for the morning.
Six governorates, 139 areas.
For buildings and complexes, servicing before the problem starts.
Restaurants, offices and complexes, not only homes.

It depends on street level and site slope. If the street sits higher than the house we cannot drain directly, so we build an underground collection pit with a lift pump. If it sits lower we design a drain pipe with steady fall straight to street level.
We build multiple collection pits distributed evenly across the roof to catch water at each point, then connect them with a main pipe that has steady fall downward from the building. This prevents water pooling in any single spot.
