Does each villa need its own drain line or can several villas share one?
If villas are close and at roughly the same level, one shared line is cheaper and easier to maintain. We size it for all roofs combined, then split it at each villa with a small inspection point.
What if the land is nearly flat with no clear natural slopes?
We design an artificial fall of at least 1 in 100 so the pipe gradually drops toward the discharge point. We may dig the pit slightly deeper to create the necessary height difference.
