How do we prevent leaks at PEX joints in tall towers?
We use compression fittings pressed firmly onto tubing with sealed copper ferrules under the nut. Every joint is wiped clean and inspected visually before pressurization begins.
What if one apartment needs higher water pressure than the others?
We install a small local pressure regulator at the unit inlet so it does not affect the rest of the tower. Pressure is tested with a digital gauge before and after fitting to ensure stability.
