How do we handle low pressure in upper floors of tall towers?
We install a booster pump in the ground-floor plant room that draws water from the main tank and pushes it with force to upper levels. PEX tubing connects directly to the pump outlet and is tested under elevated pressure.
What if one unit is later subdivided into two smaller units?
We leave spare connection points along each horizontal branch so an extra tap can be opened for the second unit. A separate meter is fitted for each new dwelling and coordinated with the central pressure regulator.
