Stopping active leaks
Isolating and sealing a leak before it reaches walls or ceiling below.

Hawalli
An emergency call in Salwa usually comes from a flat when hot water leaks from a heating pipe buried under the floor or from a joint in a battery wall. We arrive fast, isolate the leaking circuit and check pressure and temperature before deciding on immediate repair or replacement.
Salwa flats have a central hot water heating system that runs from the first floor upward through pipes enclosed in radiator walls. These pipes leak sometimes from threaded joints or from metal corrosion caused by hard water and constant heat. When we arrive, we measure the pipe temperature with a thermal camera, pinpoint the leak exactly and either tighten the joint or cut a clean end and fit a new compression fitting.
Salwa sits in Hawalli governorate and is a medium-density residential area where most buildings are flats with central heating systems.
Before leaving the site, we raise the pressure on the full circuit and watch it for five minutes to confirm no new leaks.
Isolating and sealing a leak before it reaches walls or ceiling below.
Repairing a split PPR or iron pipe causing a sudden flood.
Diagnosing and restoring a pressure or transfer pump that stops off-hours.
Clearing a full blockage in bathroom or kitchen drain stopping all use.
Checking and fixing an electric or gas heater that stops suddenly.
Pressure and flow test after repair to confirm the line holds.
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

We measure the wall surface temperature with a thermal camera. If the pipe is too hot at one spot, there is a leak. We open the wall only at the exact leak point.
If the leak is from a threaded joint, we try tightening the nut first with a wrench. If it keeps leaking, we cut a clean end and fit a new compression fitting or brass socket.
