Fill valve
Adjusted or replaced when filling is slow, noisy or never stops.

Farwaniya
Toilet and cistern faults in Ruqai often show as water pooling under the pan or weak flushing after years of use. We diagnose the problem in the tank or bowl, disassemble the faulty parts, replace them and reconnect everything with a full pressure test.
Ruqai homes are relatively older and their tanks are mounted on narrow walls right beside the toilet. The older pipes accumulate sediment which weakens water flow to the tank and slows the bowl discharge. We use a handheld camera to inspect the pipe run beneath the floor, flush out deposits and pressure-test twice before we finish.
Ruqai is an older residential district in Farwaniya governorate where most toilets and cisterns are from the original building installation.
We inspect the waste pipes beneath the floor during every repair because accumulated blockages cause slow discharge more often than tank faults.
Adjusted or replaced when filling is slow, noisy or never stops.
Repaired when water trickles constantly from cistern to pan.
Set or replaced to restore the correct water level inside.
Checked and reseated when the joint leaks at floor level.
Broken or loose seats replaced on the same visit.
Wax or rubber seal replaced when water pools at the base.
How we work

Tell us what is happening and where, and the right equipment is loaded before we arrive.

We film the line from inside and know the kind of blockage and its exact place. No guessing.

High pressure water, a machine or a drain snake, whichever the line actually needs.

The camera runs a second pass and you see the line clear with your own eyes before we leave.
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

We test it by pouring a single bucket of cold water directly into the pan. If it drains fast the problem is the tank or valve, and if water remains the blockage is in the underground pipe.
Not always, leaks usually come from the tank-to-pan connection or the mounting base. We disconnect the tank and inspect the washers and inlet, retighten the joint; if leaking continues the bowl has a hairline crack.
