Can pipes be hidden above the old ceiling with metal panels?
Possible but it limits future maintenance and inspection. We prefer exposed pipes on clean brackets because restaurants need annual municipality checks. If you want to hide it we fit a removable panel instead of permanent sheeting.
What if the restaurant later adds a second oven?
