What pipe sizes fit in a very tight central chase?
We use 50 mm for cold distribution and 32 mm for waste where the chase allows. If the chase is tighter we raise the outlet higher or use wall distribution instead of central.
Can black and grey waste be kept separate in a small unit?
Yes, but it requires a separate branch run from the entire floor to the main stack. This increases wall and slab penetrations so we only recommend it if the owner or code requires it.
