Does every villa need its own inspection point?
No, one access point serves a branch that feeds two or three villas if the run is short. But we fit one at every bend and junction so a blockage can be cleared without digging up the street.
What if a villa sits higher than the main line?
We dig a pit under the villa, fit a small collection tank with a drain pump that forces water up to the main line. The pump is controlled by a float switch that starts it when water rises in the tank.
