What sets this area apart
Water descending a tall Sharq stack reaches high speed, and at the base it must turn horizontal. A tight bend there creates a hydraulic jump that backs up flow and compresses air, which is why lower-floor traps in poorly designed towers bubble and smell. At first-fix we use two long-radius bends or a large-radius sweep at the foot, a relief vent tied into the stack just above it, and route the ground and first floor drains to the building sewer on their own, bypassing the stack's high-pressure zone.
