Yes, for vertical and horizontal runs on the back wall. We bolt steel conduit to the tiles then mount wood-look PVC panels on a frame. This is faster than wall cutting and does not harm the structure.
How do we handle old tile floors when running waste lines underneath?
We cut a narrow channel in a straight line from the sink to the main trap. After laying the pipe we reset matching tiles or use decorative covers if the old tile is unique and cannot be matched.
