If a beam sits above the sink spot, can we move the sink location?
Yes, we choose an alternative spot nearby where no beam exists and where fall is available toward the main drain. If the distance is too large we suggest a small underground lift tank instead.
Can we delay the sink installation to after wall closure and handover?
Pipes and outlets must be installed before closure, but the sink itself can be fitted later. We leave pipes at standard length reaching the inner wall, ready to be cut when the sink is finally installed.
