We cut carefully into raw concrete walls at each floor and lay waste pipes at a fall of one to two centimetres per metre toward the main stack. How do we route kitchen waste under the floor in tight spaces?
We use smaller diameter pipes (32 mm) than bathroom waste (50 mm) and run them horizontally at one centimetre fall per metre. If space is very tight we place part of the run above floor first, then below after levelling.
What if the waste stack is far from the main bathroom?
We run a long horizontal pipe under the slab with inspection eyes every three metres for access and cleaning. The pipe maintains steady fall and we avoid sharp angles that could trap water.
