How long does PEX installation take in a 12-unit tower?
Typically 5 to 7 working days, depending on tower height and existing conduits. Pipe laying, testing and documentation happen in parallel across multiple floors.
What if a metal fitting leaks slightly a week after handover?
We disconnect the fitting and inspect it to check the pipe diameter is correct and the seal is intact. If the seal is damaged we replace the fitting with a new one of the same size and rating.
