No, the tank must remain empty and dry throughout coating and curing. Full hardening takes 72 hours before the tank can be refilled.
Will epoxy withstand the high summer temperatures on a roof tank?
Yes, the corrosion-resistant epoxy we use is formulated for temperatures up to 60°C. We do suggest fitting an insulating cover over the tank top to reduce thermal expansion and heat absorption.
