Can the tank be enlarged if the complex adds a new tower later?
We build the tank for phase one capacity but leave extra space around it for adding a second connected tank later. Multiple linked tanks offer more flexibility than enlarging one.
How do we protect the tank from soil settlement under heavy towers?
We base the tank on heavily compacted gravel and thick concrete instead of bare sand. We keep at least two meters gap between tank and tower foundations and check annually for settlement.
