Pipe repair
PPR, uPVC and corroded galvanised iron joints and runs

pipe joints, fixtures, valves and pump faults in homes, apartments and commercial buildings
PPR, uPVC and corroded galvanised iron joints and runs
repair or replacement of leaking or stiff mixers and isolation valves
tracing low pressure to scale buildup, a blocked aerator or a pump fault
fitting toilets, cisterns, basins and floor drains correctly and leak-free
pressure test on the line after every repair before closing the wall
locating the exact fault before any decision to break or repair
describe the fault and its location and we arrange a visit
the sabbak checks symptoms and pinpoints the exact fault source
repair method and any breaking requirement agreed before work starts
fault fixed using the agreed method and appropriate materials
line pressure tested and confirmed leak-free before leaving the site
a damp wall, lifted tile or ceiling stain with no visible source points to a hidden pipe leak
weak flow at one or more taps while the tank is full often means scale narrowing a pipe or valve
a persistent dripping or humming behind a finished wall points to a loose joint or failing valve
a water bill that climbs without any change in usage is an early sign of a continuous pipe leak
know where the main isolation valve is so you can shut off the supply immediately if needed
record which room, wall or fixture shows the fault so the sabbak arrives prepared for it
close all taps and read the meter; if the dial still moves there is an active leak in the line
photograph the damp area or fault and note when it first appeared to speed up diagnosis on arrival

no fixed rate applies; the quote depends on several factors specific to the fault and the work required
replacing a joint differs from tracing a leak behind a tiled finished wall
old galvanised iron needs different parts and more labour than PPR or uPVC
if tile breaking is necessary the cost varies with the area that must be opened
a fault in an open bathroom is faster and cheaper than one buried in a slab or ceiling
large villas and building complexes require more time and different equipment than single apartments
Same method, same equipment. Only the size of the job changes.

Why us
Amana means trust. Someone else’s home is not ours to be careless in.
Do not take our word for it. Look at the work yourself.

In most cases yes. Acoustic detection and a camera inspection locate the leak precisely before any tile is touched, so the opening is limited to the area where the fault actually sits.
Scale from Kuwait's hard water usually clogs the aerator or cartridge inside that single tap. Removing the scale or replacing the small internal part restores normal flow without touching the pipe at all.
We inspect first. If corrosion is localised a partial repair is viable. If the inner wall is heavily scaled along the whole run, full replacement saves more cost over time, and we explain this to the customer before any work begins.
Most Kuwaiti homes have isolation valves serving individual zones or bathrooms, so the supply can be cut to just the repair area without affecting the rest of the building.
A sabbak inspects the pump, its connections and the associated pipe runs and determines whether the fault is mechanical or in the lines. If a deeper electrical issue is found we make that clear after diagnosis.
